HC Studios is known for helping people investigate who they take themselves to be. Our approach to Yoga is the same. In a nutshell, HC Yoga prompts inquiry: Am I my body? Am I my thoughts? How do I handle change and discomfort? In a world that is obviously in a constant state of flux, these sorts of questions can help reveal who we are in the midst of change. Do we run? Do we fight? Do we freeze? HC Yoga challenges us to reflect upon who we are in the midst of discomfort and at the same time helps us steady ourselves -- and, it’s also just a pretty darn good Yoga class! Calm + Yin Yoga with Lindsay

Find serenity and relaxation through this slow-paced style of yoga that aims to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility by holding postures for longer periods of time. Rather than targeting muscle, Yin targets and revitalizes connective tissue and fascia. This class will allow us to connect with our vital life force energy through surrender and stillness and invites buried emotions to surface bringing us closer to our true selves. Yin is also known to restore equilibrium, eliminate toxins and help heal mind and body through deep stretching, meditation and breath work.

VinYin + Yoga with Lindsay

Flow through a soothing mixture of meditation, breath work, and mindfulness expressed through a creative sequence combining strength, balance, and flexibility. This class encourages constant evolution of the body and mind by offering modifications for all levels.
