Living in relationships with others is hard work. It’s complicated and it’s often hard to know what healthy relationships are meant to look, feel, or sound like.

As a limited Marriage and Family and Professional Counselor, Hannah gets the deep complexities of human relationships and specializes in providing therapy to couples, families, and individuals. She is passionate about helping clients build stronger, healthier relationships – relationships that just work and feel better.

Hannah utilizes evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), the Gottman Method, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Her areas of expertise include couples therapy, family therapy, individual therapy, nontraditional relationships, sexual health concerns, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, work issues, self-esteem, identity, LGBTQIA+, life transitions, suicidal ideation, self-harming behaviors, stress, and ADHD.

Hannah is a Northwest Indiana native and enjoys cheering for Chicago and Notre Dame sports teams and doesn’t mind admitting that she also enjoys cheering against her husband's teams. In her free time, she can be found reading, hiking, camping, dancing, playing with her dog, and fixing up her first home.
