DAVID REISING,MA, LMSW, NASW
David has been working in mental health since 2015. During that time, he has worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings. David has a keen therapeutic focus on helping people to make sense of not only their past but their present and how small pivots can help build future growth. David’s extensive experience in working with trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues has cultivated in him a passion for helping people take their next step, however small it may be. David is certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia. A unique passion of David’s is working with men to help them navigate through a culture that doesn’t always adequately equip them with an education on emotions and the role they play in their relational success. David continues to gain certifications and experience in new evidence-based treatments for individuals as well as couples.
As a combat veteran, David knows first-hand how trauma can affect our lives and the journey it takes to seek growth. Outside of work, he finds comfort in the outdoors, photography, his family, and his dog.
