ASHLEY STACKER, MA, LMSW, NASW
Individual Wellbeing Specialist

What if you could more confidently handle life’s challenges, no matter how messy? What if living a peaceful and fulfilling life is not as far from your reach as you think? What if you could actually see things from an angle you didn’t even know existed? What if you could accept, forgive, and fall in love with your very own humanity?
Ashley’s passion is to help women who struggle with emotional over-reliance in their relationships – women who have lost sight of loving themselves in an effort to love and be loved by others.
In her early career, Ashley worked closely with women and those who experienced trauma. She also works with many populations including survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, childhood sexual abuse, human trafficking, end of life and Hospice, and vulnerable seniors and their caregivers. She is certified in ACT, TF-CBT, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and passionately continues to expand her practice and certifications in evidence-based therapies.
Ashley’s approach is laid back, non-judgmental and straightforward. She will walk beside you to help you uncover your pain, discover your strengths, and make the shifts necessary to create a more fulfilling life.
Her biggest joys in life are being a mom, spending time with her family, gardening, vegetarian cooking, boating, traveling, and being in nature. She has five happy chickens and a very friendly St. Bernard.
