AMANDA HENRY, MA, LLPC
Individual Wellbeing Specialist

Life sure can dole out struggles and challenges, can’t it? Dealing with hard times can be difficult and sometimes overwhelming. As your collaborative partner, my professional aim is to try my best to understand where you’re coming from and where you’d like to go. Together we’ll learn some new coping strategies and build some serious resilience.
With a background in and passion for working with anxiety, depression, trauma, parenting, and teen issues, Amanda’s approach to working with clients is client-centered, while also incorporating cognitive-behavior therapy and solution-focused modalities.
I enjoy working with all populations, but I have a special passion for working with teens and their parents. The teen years can be incredibly difficult to navigate and there are so many developmental changes going on both mentally and physically that makes the struggle very real for not only the teen but the parents as well.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, enjoying the water, learning with my husband how to best parent two teens and two crazy french bulldogs!
